Roarer connector for Claude
Ask Claude about your own training: progress per exercise, your week, the next workout and body measurements. The connector only reads your data.
What it does
The Roarer connector lets Claude read the training data you keep in Roarer, so you can ask questions in plain language instead of scrolling through charts. It is read-only: Claude cannot add, change or delete anything in your account.
Example questions
- How has my bench press progressed over the last 12 weeks?
- Summarise my training week and compare it with the previous one.
- What is my next workout, and what did I lift last time?
- How is my body weight trending over the last three months?
- Suggest a leg exercise I can do without equipment (works without signing in).

- In Claude open Settings, then Connectors, then Add custom connector.

Privacy and control
You decide which categories Claude can read, and you can remove Roarer in Claude's connector settings at any time or ask us at support@roarer.app to revoke the connection. Apart from the first name you can choose to share, your email address, phone number, surname, photos, avatar and support messages are never shared through the connector. Before anything is shared, the consent step lists exactly what would be shared and asks you to allow it. Details are in the Privacy Policy, section "AI assistant connectors".
