The terms governing use of Roarer.
Scope
These terms apply to roarer.app and the Roarer app. The provider is the person named in the imprint. Using the service means accepting them.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate account details.
Account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Report suspected unauthorised access to [email protected].
Your content
Training data you enter remains yours. We process it only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy.
Health
Roarer is not a medical device and provides no medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or personal coaching. Programs are templates. Consult a qualified professional before starting or changing training, and stop if you feel unwell. Training carries a risk of injury that you accept.
Acceptable use
You may not:
- access the service by automated means outside a documented interface;
- attempt to breach security, other accounts or rate limits;
- resell or redistribute the service or its content without permission;
- upload unlawful content or content infringing third party rights.
Availability
The service is provided on an as available basis. Features may change, be suspended for maintenance, or be discontinued.
Prices
Paid features, if introduced, are shown with their price and terms before purchase. Purchases made through the app stores are also subject to store rules.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or where required by law.
Liability
The service is provided without warranties to the extent permitted by law. We are liable for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health, and otherwise only for breach of essential contractual duties, limited to foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Mandatory statutory rights are unaffected.
Governing law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
Changes
Updated terms are published on this page with a new date. Continued use after the change means acceptance.
