Delete your account

In the app

Open Settings → Sign-in & security → Delete account. If your account has a password, you confirm it. If you signed in with Apple or Google, the app asks you to confirm with that provider. Otherwise we send a code to your email.

Two options

• Delete everything now: your profile, programs, measurements, photos and workout history are erased immediately and cannot be restored.
• Close the account: access ends at once, and you can restore the account within 6 months by signing in again with Apple or Google or by signing up again with the same email. After 6 months all personal data is erased.

Without the app

Write to support@roarer.app from the email address of your account and ask us to delete it. We erase your data without undue delay after we have checked that the request comes from you, and at the latest within one month.

What is erased

Your name, email, username, avatar, workouts, sets, exercises you created, programs, measurements, session photos, support conversations, devices, push tokens and share links.

What remains

An anonymous technical record that the account existed, and the records of the consents you gave (document version and time) without personal data.

Apple and Google sign-in

When you delete an account created with Sign in with Apple, we also revoke the Apple authorization. For Google you can additionally remove Roarer in your Google account settings.
