What is Roarer?

A workout tracker for people who train from a plan. You build a multi week program, or copy a ready made one, and the app tells you which session is next and what you lifted last time.

No feed, no followers, no streaks. A logbook and a plan, nothing else.

What Roarer does

Four things, done properly.

Training programs
Build a multi week program or copy a ready made one, then edit it freely. One program stays active, so the app always knows what is next.
Free workouts
Training off plan today? Log any session on the fly. It lands in the same history as everything else.
Workout history
Every session saved with its sets, editable afterwards, plus a diary and a weight chart for each exercise.
Body measurements
Body weight and ten circumferences over time, in kilos or pounds, centimetres or inches.

FAQ

Straight answers about Roarer, training programs, and workout logging.

What is Roarer?

Roarer is a minimal workout tracker built around training programs. You create a multi week program or copy a ready made one, follow it session by session, and the app keeps a clean history of every set and rep. It also logs free workouts for the days you train off plan, and tracks body weight and measurements over time. There is no social feed and no clutter.

Is Roarer medical or coaching advice?

No. Roarer is made by software developers, not doctors or certified coaches, and nothing in it is medical advice, physiotherapy, a diagnosis or a coaching plan. The programs, including the ready made ones, are neutral templates and general information, not plans designed for your body, your injuries or your experience. You are expected to edit them, and choosing what to train and with how much weight is your decision and your risk. Speak to a doctor before starting or changing how you train.

What is the difference between a training program and a free workout?

A program is a plan: several weeks, each with its own workouts, each workout with exercises and target sets, reps and weight. You follow it in order and the app tells you which session is next. A free workout has no plan behind it. You start it, add exercises as you go, and log your sets. Both end up in the same history, so a week of improvised training is still recorded properly.

Can I use ready made training programs?

Yes. Roarer ships with base programs you can browse and save to your own account as an editable copy. From there you can rename it, change the number of weeks, swap exercises, or delete the sessions you do not want. Nothing is locked, because a program you cannot adapt to your gym and your schedule is a program you will abandon in two weeks.

Does Roarer save workout history and body measurements?

Yes, both are core to the app. Completed workouts are saved automatically as you log them, and you can reopen any past session to see the exercises, the sets and the exact weights. Body measurements are separate: weight plus ten circumferences, recorded whenever you take them, so you can see progress that the scale alone does not show.

Is Roarer free?

Roarer is not on sale yet, so there is nothing to pay for today. Pricing has not been decided. When it is, the price and what is included will be shown clearly before anyone is asked to pay, and the rules for renewal and cancellation will be in the terms. We would rather say we do not know yet than promise free forever and quietly change it later.
